Estuary View Cottage is chalet style with red tiled roof and Dormer
windows. There is private parking for two cars to the rear of the
cottage and a sitting-out area at the front. The cottage sleeps
four, with a downstairs twin bedroom adjacent to which is a downstairs
WC. In the lounge there is a dining area with table and four chairs.
Leading off from the lounge is the kitchen and utility room. The
lounge is comfortably equipped with two two-seater settees, 28” Sony
widescreen television, VCR and DVD player, radio cassette and CD,
central lighting, wall lights and modern standard lamp. There is a
supply of books, an information manual, videos, CDs and DVDs.
The kitchen is equipped with built-in electric cooker and hood, fitted
cupboards, dish washer, sink, microwave and more-than-sufficient
cutlery, crockery, utensils, pans and cookware for four persons. The
utility room, leading off the kitchen, contains a very large
family-size fridge/freezer and an automatic washing machine. There is
a separate tumble dryer.
From the lobby, stairs lead to the main bedroom with King-Size double
bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, combi TV/DVD and separate VCR, radio
alarm, a large three door wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, two
wicker chairs and view from the window to the estuary and boats. At
the top of the stairs is the bathroom with the usual facilities,
linen, chest/ seat and over-bath shower.
The entire downstairs area is covered with non-slip hard floorings and
rugs and the main bedroom and stairs are carpeted. The cottage is
centrally heated by gas and double-glazed throughout. All charges are
all-inclusive with no extras (no utility meters etc). Beds are made-up
with duvets and sheets ready for your arrival, linen and towels are
included. We also provide cleaning equipment, washing-up liquid,
dishwasher tablets, iron/ ironing board and hair dryer. |
